First night's stay deposit required. Cancellation policy observed. Rates: weekday $145/night (one bedroom) .. $175/Night (two bedrooms) weekend rates $195/night (use of one or two bedrooms) two night minimum *

 

Higher rates may apply for holidays and festivals.*

Security deposits may be required. The house may not be used for family reunions or parties. It is intended only for the rental occupants' use only.
